Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may track your order directly through the carrier's website or using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged after checkout unless otherwise stated.


Customs, VAT, and Import Duties

Orders within the European Union (EU)

VAT and applicable taxes are handled in accordance with local regulations and may be included at checkout when required.

Orders outside the European Union

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
  • Failure to collect the package;
  • Refusal to accept delivery;

the carrier may attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.

If a package is returned to us due to any of the reasons above, Icoball reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Our customer support team will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Address changes may only be possible before an order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified.
