Return Period

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

European Union โ€” Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us at support@icoball.store within 14 days of delivery
  • After notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item

Refunds under the right of withdrawal will be processed in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

However, if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Icoball will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
